cooking & baking class

For those with a passion for food and a desire to learn, we offer cooking & baking classes.

Classes are designed for anyone who wants to cook – from the beginner to the more experienced home chef. Students will expand skills and knowledge, learn new techniques and gets confidence in the kitchen.

Students work with fresh produce as well as other healthful ingredients to prepare gourmet meals in a relaxed setting. All student receives a recipe packet and all classes culminate with tea or a meal.

Swiss Meringue Frosting
Cake Decorating:

Students will be taught how to make and frost the cupcake, lay fondant on the cupcake and make a simple sugar rose. (Cake decorating will be hands on)

Fees: $80 per pax per class
